1. SECURE YOUR SERVICES

Our team will send your onboarding documents via email.

This will include:

-engagement letter

-initial invoice

-billing authorization form

This will come as one document to be completed, signed and submitted back to us.

Please complete this within 3-5 days on receiving it.

2. INTAKE FORM

If applicable to your service package, submit your intake form.

If bookkeeping is your only service, there is no other intake form needed.

Complete forms in its entirety.

Chose from the options above.

Complete all that apply.

3. CONNECT ACCOUNTS/

ACCESS

Grant access to log into existing accounts.

Applicable for services using Quickbooks, payroll platforms and sales tax platforms (see examples below).

4. UPLOAD DOCUMENTS

Previous bank statements (timeline specified in engagement letter)

Mortgage statements (if applicable)

Payroll history (.csv, .qbo, .xls)

5. SCHEDULE ONBOARDING CALL

30-minute onboarding call between the 11th and 31st.

This call is required before services commence.

Important Policies & Reminders

  • Onboarding Policy

    All onboarding happens between the 11th–31st. We do not onboard new clients before the 11th or after the 24th of the month.

  • Intake Forms Submission

    Must be submitted by the 20th. Forms submitted after this date will be onboarded the following cycle.

  • Bank Statement Submission

    Bank statements for the previous month must be uploaded by the 7th of each month. Late submissions may result in delayed reporting.

Payroll

Login Access to accounting and payment processing softwares. We will begin our payroll services 7 days post on-boarding.

Fractional CFO Services

Onboarding process takes up to 60 days. We will begin first by backtracking past financials and data to undergo assessment. Please schedule your onboarding call prior to uploading any documents.

Tax Planning & Strategy

Consultation please submit any previous years taxes and documents if you are a new client through your intake form.
