Our team will send your onboarding documents via email.
This will include:
-engagement letter
-initial invoice
-billing authorization form
This will come as one document to be completed, signed and submitted back to us.
Please complete this within 3-5 days on receiving it.
If applicable to your service package, submit your intake form.
If bookkeeping is your only service, there is no other intake form needed.

30-minute onboarding call between the 11th and 31st.
This call is required before services commence.

Onboarding Policy
All onboarding happens between the 11th–31st. We do not onboard new clients before the 11th or after the 24th of the month.
Intake Forms Submission
Must be submitted by the 20th. Forms submitted after this date will be onboarded the following cycle.
Bank Statement Submission
Bank statements for the previous month must be uploaded by the 7th of each month. Late submissions may result in delayed reporting.

Login Access to accounting and payment processing softwares. We will begin our payroll services 7 days post on-boarding.
Onboarding process takes up to 60 days. We will begin first by backtracking past financials and data to undergo assessment. Please schedule your onboarding call prior to uploading any documents.
